Lo-Pro is an act on the Starverb influence map. Their sound grew out of Staind, Linkin Park, Pearl Jam, Filter and The Cars. Those roots explain a lot about how Lo-Pro arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as Edgewater, Earshot, Cold, Submersed and Strata, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into Five Finger Death Punch, Fuel, Everclear, Snot and Bleed, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 28 connections around Lo-Pro, reaching back through Staind and forward to Five Finger Death Punch. Follow any of those threads to keep travelling the influence between bands and genres on Starverb.
