RMR

RMR is an act on the Starverb influence map. Their sound grew out of Kanye West, Drake, Rascal Flatts, Lil Wayne and Michael Jackson. Those roots explain a lot about how RMR arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as Guapdad 4000, Saint Jhn, Yung Bleu, Blxst and Smokepurpp, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into Lil Nas X, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 38 connections around RMR, reaching back through Kanye West and forward to Lil Nas X. Follow any of those threads to keep travelling the influence between bands and genres on Starverb.
