Jack's Mannequin

Jack's Mannequin is an act on the Starverb influence map. Their sound grew out of Mayday Parade, The Rocket Summer, Something Corporate, Tommy Lee and Relient K. Those roots explain a lot about how Jack's Mannequin arrange songs and choose their tones. They run in the same orbit as Augustana, Acceptance, The Early November, Straylight Run and Mae, sharing audiences, venues and reference points rather than a straight line of influence. Their influence carried into Nate Ruess, Paramore, Forever & Always, The Spill Canvas and Feather, where the same ideas turn up rearranged for a later generation. Altogether the chart holds 37 connections around Jack's Mannequin, reaching back through Mayday Parade and forward to Nate Ruess. Follow any of those threads to keep travelling the influence between bands and genres on Starverb.
